Swim to slim and trim

Fun fact
Question: When did Swimming first became an Olympic event?
Answer: 1896

Swimming
Swimming has been around for ages, hit up the beach, join the water polo team, or swim a couple of laps. Each fun in there own way and each a great way to stay active and healthy. Working out in water is an extremely effective method to lose weight and strength muscles. But why is this…? Well according to studies water is much denser than air (by approximately 800 times), thus every movement executed in water is like doing a resistance activity thus is a great workout Apparently you can swim everyday with a recued chance in injuring yourself. This is because you’re weightless in water and hence your joints have no weight on them, limiting injuries from occurring
