Jogging and Health!




There are some common questions that people usually ask; which one is more effective? Jogging or walking?



The answer is really up to how jogging or walking works for each people. But most studies provide that jogging gives us a bit more benefits than walking for our bones, muscles, heart, and lungs. But walking strengthens bones, builds good muscles, and improves your cardiovascular system as well. So it is a feasible exercise too.

According to the American College of Sports Medicine, walking is easier for body bone’s interconnection. It is not very hard on heels, shins, knees, and hips than jogging or stair climbing and also cause less body injuries.

Furthermore, walking elevates physical functioning to a better condition, also even it is known among older people who already have been in pain from chronic disease, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the American College of Sports Medicine. They walk at least for 30 minutes or do a similar exercise every day. Walking-level of exercise burns approximately 150 calories of energy.

However, for those of whom at the young age who can work out more intense activities and joint-pounding, jogging can be a suitable way to improve their health. 

Overall, in my personal perspective, jogging may be a way to release stress and nerve. And when I do jogging, I usually sweat a lot, which can get rid of wastes in my body improving my skin and may look healthier with a body shape. Jogging gives benefits to the body with: 

1. Burning fat
2. Bone strengthening
3. Pounding the body
