Strawberries and heart-health!

The Harvard Women's Health Study has found a new study that there is a important link between strawberries and heart health. Researchers stated that women who consume lots of strawberry were tend to create much healthier lifestyles than others who do not.
The heart-health benefits of strawberries is connected highly to their essential nutrients. Vitamin C is an important antioxidant that reduces death rates from cardiovascular disease, prevalence of cardiovascular disease critically lower and also reduces risk of angina. Furthermore, building up health with vitamin C has been shown to decrease serum levels of C-reactive protein (a substance in the body that indicates the presence of injury or inflammation).

Folate is another key nutrient to improve heart-health – lower folate concentrations cause most of increased coronary disease risk and increased fatal coronary events. Moreover folate, strawberries are highly concentrated in fiber and potassium, both promote heart health benefits mostly, such as lower cholesterol and blood pressure.

Maybe Valentines day could be a special occasion for consuming heart-healthy strawberries highly like, chocolate wit strawberries or other romantic chances.

Current research suggests that by eating just eight strawberries a day, we can see great change in our health such as improvement in heart health, lower blood pressure and the risk of cancer, reduction of inflammation  and even better cognitive function. There is no reason not to eat strawberries as part of a healthy daily life. Strawberries are available nearly anywhere round (though best in the summer), ripe for you to promote more and better the health benefits of this great, delicious fruit.
