Badminton: the ultimate game with health benefits


So what is badminton?  
It can be played for fun, as a hobby or as a competitive sport. It is a racquet sport involving to two opposing players (singles) or two opposing pairs (doubles) on a rectangle court with a net dividing them. Players score points by striking the shuttlecock (a feathered projectile). Badminton had become an Olympic sport since 1992.

Not only is it fun but by just playing it for at least 30 minutes a day, it can improve your overall well- being significantly. By increasing your heart rate by 30 minutes each day it can beneficially affect your health and metabolism.
Badminton is a total body work you as it requires you to repeatedly run, jump, stretch, swing, carry your body momentum, and much more. It will allow you to build muscle and tone to your body as it combines aerobic activity with muscle workouts which will definitely burn any excess calories and fat deposits.
